Non-fungible tokens (NFTs) are unique digital assets that are tracked on a blockchain, like StarkNet. Each NFT is different from the next, even if they look the same, as they have unique identification numbers and data to distinguish them from each other.  

NFTs come in many forms: artwork, equipment or tools for games, digital trading cards, redeemable physical items, land in the metaverse, and so much more!

What you need to buy StarkNet NFTs

You need 2 things before you can start looking and buying NFTs on StarkNet

1. A wallet, like Argent X (download for Chrome or Firefox)
2. Some ETH to buy NFTs

Once you’ve funded your Argent X wallet, you now need to decide on an NFT marketplace.

StarkNet NFT Marketplaces

NFT marketplaces give you an easy way to find, create, buy and sell NFTs. Currently, there are 2 leading NFT marketplaces: Aspect and Mint Square. Both provide an easy way to buy, sell and create NFTs on StarkNet.

The main difference between the marketplaces is that Aspect supports multicall when buying NFTs. This means you can add as many NFTs as you like into your shopping cart and then purchase them all in one simple transaction. How cool is that?

Once you’ve decided which marketplace you want to use, it’s time for the fun part - buying your NFTs!

Buying your first StarkNet NFTs
